A regular fitness class relies entirely on voluntary effort. An EMS fitness class amplifies every movement with electrical impulses delivered through a fitted suit, activating up to 90% of your muscle fibres simultaneously — including deep muscles most exercises never reach. The result is a far more intense training stimulus in 20 minutes than a conventional class produces in an hour.
Stormer HIIT and EMOM are the strongest options for fat burn. Stormer HIIT delivers high-intensity intervals that spike heart rate and calorie expenditure across your whole body. EMOM — Every Minute On the Minute — structures work-to-rest intervals that drive metabolic rate up and keep it elevated long after the session ends. Both are amplified by EMS for significantly greater calorie burn than conventional HIIT classes.
EMOM stands for Every Minute On the Minute. You complete a set number of reps within 60 seconds — whatever time remains is your rest. It’s a form of HIIT that forces you to work efficiently, manage fatigue, and maintain intensity throughout. At Body Storm, EMOM sessions are powered by EMS, which amplifies every contraction and dramatically increases the metabolic effect compared to a standard EMOM class.
The Glutes & Legs class. It’s structured specifically around strengthening and defining the lower body — glutes, quads, hamstrings, and inner thighs. EMS activates the deep muscle fibers in these areas that conventional leg training is slow to reach, producing visible toning and firming results faster than standard lower body workouts.
Yes — Abs & Ribs. It’s a focused, high-energy session targeting the abdominal muscles and obliques. Muscle Modeling is BodyStorm Sport’s signature class for muscle definition, shape, tone, and volume across the whole body. It’s not a fat loss session — it’s structured specifically for people who want a more defined, sculpted physique. EMS amplifies every contraction to reach the deep fibres behind visible muscle shape, producing results that typically take months to achieve with conventional training.
A low-impact EMS session combining stretching and mobility work — designed for recovery, flexibility, and stress relief. It’s suitable during fasting periods and for anyone who needs active recovery between higher-intensity sessions. EMS supports the stretch by improving circulation and reducing muscle tension, making it more effective than passive stretching alone.
Yes. Every class begins with individual EMS intensity calibration — there is no standard level everyone is pushed to. Beginners start where their body is, not where the class assumes they should be. Your coach adjusts intensity in real time throughout the session. The EMS suit does the heavy lifting of muscle activation — your job is to follow the coached movements.
Every class is 20 minutes long. That’s the full session — no warmup needed separately, no cooldown tacked on afterward. Because EMS activates up to 90% of muscle fibres simultaneously, 20 minutes produces the training effect of a much longer conventional class. Two classes per week is the recommended frequency.
Both options are available. Standard sessions are 1-on-1 with a certified coach — completely private, no gym floor, no other people. Group sessions are also offered for those who prefer training with a friend, partner, or small group. With 4th Generation EMS technology, each person in a group session receives individually calibrated intensity, so different fitness levels train together without compromise.
Iron Arms. It’s BodyStorm’s dedicated class for arm strength and definition — targeting biceps, triceps, and shoulders through coach-guided movements amplified by EMS. The deep muscle activation EMS provides in the arms produces visible definition significantly faster than conventional arm training, without requiring weights or gym equipment.
You can mix classes based on your goals. Many clients rotate between a higher-intensity session like Stormer HIIT or EMOM and a targeted session like Glutes & Legs or Iron Arms across their two weekly sessions. Your coach will recommend a class combination that matches your specific goal — fat loss, definition, strength, or recovery.
Yes. EMS does not strain the joints or spine — it stimulates muscles directly without the impact load of conventional exercise. The Stormer Stretch class is specifically designed for low-impact recovery and mobility. For clients with back pain, EMS classes that activate deep core and spinal stabiliser muscles often provide relief that conventional training cannot.
